For more than 20 years, Altima Coxwell Dental Centre has supported patients across East Toronto with dental care that feels personal, grounded, and easy to navigate. Our clinic combines modern technology, thoughtful communication, and a wide range of services — from preventive and cosmetic treatments to restorative options and dental implants.
We welcome CDCP patients, offer appointments throughout the week including Saturdays, and provide care that fits naturally into the rhythm of your day.

Dr. Dennis Marangos
BSc, DDS, DABCDSM, DABCP, FAACP, FAGD
Dr. Dennis Marangos graduated from the University of Toronto in 1986 and has been dedicated to serving his community ever since. As a general dentist, he focuses on helping patients feel healthier and more at ease — especially those who experience dental anxiety.
He is a long-standing member of professional organizations including the CDA, ODA, AGD, and AACP, and actively supports Michael Garron Hospital along with several local charities. Outside the clinic, Dr. Marangos enjoys sports, golf, travel, photography, and mentoring fellow dentists, reflecting his passion for learning and leadership.
Dr. Fawad Ahmad
DDS
Born in Saskatchewan, Dr. Fawad Ahmad’s dental journey has taken him across Canada and abroad before settling in Toronto in 2011. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) with honours at the University of Toronto, where he was awarded the Dr. Horace Wells Prize for excellence in anesthesia.
Dr. Fawad brings a blend of science, artistry, and empathy to his work. He has completed training in Invisalign®, nitrous oxide sedation, the Pankey Institute, and implant dentistry. Fluent in English, Russian, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, he enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Community service is central to his life — he has volunteered in Grenada, the Dominican Republic, and locally through Close the Gap in Toronto. When he’s not in the clinic, he loves biking and hiking with his two children, spending time at the beach, travelling, and relaxing with a good movie.
